Job Responsibilities

  • establish company's goals and objectives and determine areas of improvement. 
  • prepare business proposal, team design, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. 
  • measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • analyze customer needs and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
  • ensuring work compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
  • fluent in English and able to communicate in other languages such as Mandarin would add advantage in Asia market.
  • willing to relocate within New Zealand and travel overseas.


Race Car Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • getting a car or team of cars race-prepared for a competitive event.
  • contributing to a process of continual improvement to better the car's performance on the race track.
  • key member of the crew who is necessary to campaign a racing car successfully.
  • member of the pit crew and/or a member of the technical team.
  • responsible for making ad hoc changes to the car during the race.
  • completing maintenance and set-up between competitive events.
  • make adjustment to the aerodynamics of the racing car, engine and chassis.
  • complete maintenance work and prepare the car for it to be as competitive as possible on the circuits.
  • data analysis and driver feedback, the engineers will try and understand suggestions and alter the car so that it suits track conditions and the driver's individual driving style and preference.
  • knowledge and experience in GT3 and GT4 cars would add advantage.

Race Car Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

  • strong work ethic, willingness to learn and develop within our team and have a positive attitude towards their work and colleagues.
  • be able to work diligently and without constant supervision to an extremely high standard.
  • able to use their own initiative where necessary, but also work efficiently as part of a team.
  • stay calm and cool under pressure.
  • good team player.
  • essential communication skills.
  • vehicle set up prior to events.
  • physically well fitness and able to work in fast pace.
  • knowledge and experience in GT3 and GT4 cars would add advantage.
  • a good background in the field is a must, with at least two years experience in the Motorsport industry.
